Job Description
Unica Campaign development
• Knowledge of SQL
• Manages database, QC Process for Unica campaign flowchart(s), and Back-End processes
• Configuration, customization, and support of campaign management and for client use
• Works with developers to understand business and system requirements
• Migration of development activities from development to production environment
• Campaign build, update.
• Experience with Unica Marketing Platform
• Experience with Unica Marketing Operations
• Campaign management tool user support functions
• Knowledge of hive, teradata
• Troubleshooting and fixing campaign issues like flowchart failure, system performance during execution.
• Optimization for long running queries in flowchart
