Spocit Service BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with client policies, community guidelines, and platform standards.
Responsibilities
Review and moderate text, images, videos, and user-generated content.
Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
Escalate complex cases to Quality Analysts or Team Leads.
Follow client-specific moderation policies and procedures.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
Requirements
1–2 years of Content Moderation or Trust & Safety experience.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience working with moderation tools and dashboards.
Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in social media content moderation.
Knowledge of Trust & Safety operations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
