## Job Responsibilities

* Attend inbound customer calls.
* Resolve customer concerns related to Beetel, Broadband, and Airtel DTH services.
* Provide accurate information and customer support.
* Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction.
* Update customer interaction details in the system.

## Shift Timings

### Beetel Process

🕙 **Fixed Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM**

### Broadband Process

🔄 **Rotational Shifts**

### Airtel DTH Process

## Salary Package

💰 **₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month** (Based on interview performance)

## Eligibility Criteria

✔ 12th Pass or Graduate

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
