Job Description

Rachna Textile is looking for a talented and creative Print Designer with 2–3 years of experience in Digital Textile Printing, particularly in Reactive Printing.

Key Responsibilities:
Create original textile print designs for fashion and apparel applications.
Develop seamless patterns, placement prints, and all-over print designs.
Perform color matching and color correction as per fabric and printing requirements.
Prepare print-ready files for digital textile printing.
Understand fabric behavior and ensure design suitability for Reactive Printing processes.
Coordinate with the production and printing team to achieve accurate print results.
Stay updated with current fashion, print, and color trends.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Textile Print Design Creation.
Good understanding of Color Matching and Color Separations.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of Digital Reactive Printing processes.
Ability to create floral, ethnic, geometric, abstract, and fashion print designs.
Understanding of repeat patterns and print layouts.
Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Digital Textile Printing (Reactive Print preferred).
