Responsible for creating a warm first impression by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage reservations and waiting lists.
Escort guests to their tables.
Coordinate with service staff for efficient seating.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
