Plc Engineer

Job Description:

PLC Programming & Development
Design and develop PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
Modify, debug, and troubleshoot existing PLC systems
🏭 Automation System Implementation
Execute automation projects in manufacturing/industrial environments
Install, test, and commission PLC-based systems
💻 SCADA / HMI Integration
Develop and configure SCADA & HMI systems (WinCC, Wonderware)
Ensure seamless integration between PLC and software platforms
🔧 Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Identify and resolve issues in automation systems
Provide support during breakdowns and system failures
📊 Data Monitoring & Reporting
Work with real-time data acquisition systems
Support production dashboards and reporting systems
🤝 Client Coordination
Interact with clients for project execution and support
Understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
📄 Documentation
Prepare technical documents, wiring diagrams, and reports
Maintain project and system documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
3–6 years of experience in PLC programming & automation
Hands-on experience in SCADA / HMI systems
Valid US H1 Visa – Mandatory
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial / manufacturing automation projects
Knowledge of IoT / Industry 4.0
Exposure to data monitoring / analytics tools
