Project Managar (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Prepare and verify quantity measurements and daily progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of work within the project schedule.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
Resolve technical issues arising at the construction site.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works before execution.
Maintain site records, work logs, inspection reports, and documentation.
Coordinate material procurement and monitor inventory to avoid delays.
Attend project review meetings and submit progress updates.
