Job Description
Plan, manage and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with PWD/Government departments, consultants, engineers and contractors.
Supervise site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage project schedule, manpower, materials and equipment.
Monitor project cost, billing, measurements and overall budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Review work progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain proper project documentation, records and approvals.
