Job Description
Eligibility:
Minimum 2–3 months of internship or relevant work experience in Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, or any customer-facing role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Work on qualified leads provided by the sourcing team.
Connect with prospective customers and explain suitable real estate projects and offerings.
Coordinate and schedule site visits as per customer availability.
Regularly follow up with customers and address their queries throughout the sales process.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings
