We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and ensuring successful deal closures. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales productivity.
The candidate should have experience in handling client negotiations, customer relationship management, and target-based sales environments. Strong knowledge of market competition, sales planning, and team coordination is highly preferred. Candidates from industries such as BFSI, retail, FMCG, telecom, real estate, or service sectors will be an added advantage.
The ideal applicant must be self-motivated, confident, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining a professional approach toward clients and team members. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools is preferred.
