We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join a leading automobile dealership. Candidates with experience in new car or used car sales from branded showrooms or multi-brand dealerships are encouraged to apply.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in customers and understand vehicle requirements
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads from enquiries, referrals, and digital platforms
• Explain finance, exchange, and after-sales options
• Coordinate with finance & insurance teams for closures
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Build long-term customer relationships and referral networks
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in showroom or dealership sales preferred
✔ Basic CRM and computer knowledge
✔ Valid driving licence preferred
✔ Graduate preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
