We are looking for a smart, creative, and responsible Social Media & Store Manager to manage our Instagram-based shoe and accessories store. The ideal candidate will create and schedule posts and reels, reply to customer inquiries, take and process orders, manage WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, update product listings, coordinate shipping, maintain inventory records, and provide excellent customer service. Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram marketing, and online selling is preferred.
