KDK Software is hiring a Tax Support Expert to provide customer support for Tax Filing queries related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other tax compliance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through remote access and other support channels.
Understand customer queries and provide timely support and resolution.
Assist customers with queries related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other tax compliance applications.
Continuously upgrade knowledge of KDK products to provide effective customer support.
Update customer information accurately in the support application.
Handle 50+ customer calls during the day.
Eligibility
Experience: 3 Years (Including Articleship)
Professional Qualification: CA Final Dropout (Not appeared in the last 3 attempts)
Required Skills
Experience in the Taxation domain.
Minimum 1 year of Tax Return Filing experience.
Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax (Income Tax, GST & TDS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
