About the Role
Surya Media is looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage and support our calling team. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership, and team-management skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of calling agents.
Monitor daily team performance and calling activities.
Set and follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Motivate team members to achieve their targets.
Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback.
Handle and resolve team-related issues.
Train and guide new calling agents.
Identify low-performing employees and support them in improving performance.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding team performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of Team Leader experience, preferably in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is required.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad.
