Job Title: Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and communication-oriented Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Venus Interior Decor, an interior design and execution company.
The candidate will be provided with a database of potential customers and will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining follow-ups and scheduling meetings for our interior design team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce Venus Interior Decor and explain our interior design services.
Understand the customer's requirements, budget and project details.
Generate qualified leads through phone calls.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer requirements and responses.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Schedule site visits and meetings with potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales/interior team regarding scheduled meetings.
Maintain a daily follow-up list and ensure no interested lead is missed.
Update lead status regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Female candidates are preferred.
What We Offer
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance-based incentives on qualified leads/meetings.
Training and calling script will be provided.
Professional working environment.

Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday – Saturday
Target/KPI
The candidate will be evaluated on:
Number of calls made
Qualified leads generated
Follow-ups completed
Meetings/site visits scheduled
