Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Telecaller to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating quality leads or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain our products, insurance policies, or services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them with appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in Excel.
- Achieve daily or weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good listening and convincing skills to handle customer objections.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially in maintaining Excel sheets.
- Highly motivated individuals with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
