About the Role

Surya Media is looking for confident and enthusiastic Calling Agents to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers.
Explain products/services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding daily performance.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Fluent in Kannada and Telugu is required.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Ability to work with daily targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad.
