Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
Promote loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) and insurance solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Guide customers through the application and documentation process.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience in loans, insurance, banking, financial services, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
