Telecaller – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Identify potential customers through online and offline lead generation channels.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with interested clients.
Explain company products/services and address customer queries effectively.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
