Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in handling government and private sector tenders, particularly in the CCTV, security, or related industries. The candidate should be proficient in the complete tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids through e-tendering portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Search, evaluate, and manage government and private tender opportunities.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
Handle e-tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, and other government procurement portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect documents and prepare bid submissions.
Maintain tender records, bid trackers, and statutory documentation.
Monitor bid status, corrigenda, and post-submission follow-ups.
Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in government project tendering and bid management.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation, BOQs, bid preparation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and digital signature (DSC) usage.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in government projects within the CCTV, Electronic Security, Infrastructure, Electrical, or IT sectors will be preferred.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates from the Delhi region will be preferred.
