Travel Sales Consultant

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups.
Book flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and other travel services.
Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high conversion ratio.
Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
