HIRING: US IT RECRUITER
Company: Resource Logistics Inc.
Location: Chennai – Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: US Night Shift
Experience: 2–5+ Years
About the Role
Resource Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters with strong knowledge of end-to-end US staffing and sourcing. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within client timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle Direct Client, State Client, Implementation Partner, and MSP/VMS requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, Boolean and X-Ray Search.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records, and recruitment targets.
Requirements
• 2–5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing, work authorizations, W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience with major sourcing platforms and advanced search techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and US Night Shift.
