Job Description – ITI Fitter / Welder (Fabrication Line)

ITI – Fitter or Welder (NCVT/SCVT)
Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered (optional)
Job Responsibilities
ITI Fitter
Assemble mechanical components and fabricated structures as per engineering drawings.
Perform fitting, drilling, grinding, cutting, and alignment activities.
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools efficiently.
Ensure proper fitment and dimensional accuracy.
Carry out routine maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow quality standards and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Welder (Fabrication Line)
Perform MIG/ARC welding on MS fabrication components.
Read and understand fabrication drawings.
Prepare, weld, and finish fabricated assemblies.
Inspect weld quality and rectify defects when required.
Ensure compliance with welding safety standards.
Support fabrication and assembly activities as assigned.
Required Skills
Ability to read basic engineering or fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of fabrication processes.
Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Steel Scale, etc.).
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in fabrication, heavy engineering, sheet metal, or manufacturing industry.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Karjan, Vadodara, Dabhoi, Savli, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, or nearby locations are encouraged to apply.
